Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

UK Shipping

We ship from the United Kingdom.

Delivery Times:

• Express: 1–2 business days

Shipping Rates:

• Standard: £3.99

• Express: £6.99

• Free standard shipping on orders over £40

All UK orders include VAT.

EU Shipping

We currently ship to countries within the European Union.

Delivery Time:

• 5–10 business days

Shipping Rate:

• £7.99 flat rate

Please note: EU customers may be required to pay local VAT, customs duties, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are set by your country’s customs authority and are not collected by Zeja Skincare at checkout.

Customs & Import Duties

Zeja Skincare does not collect duties or import taxes at checkout. Any applicable fees will be handled by your local customs office or courier.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at Hello@Zejaskincare.com and we will assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
