ZEJA SKINCARE — RETURNS POLICY

Returns

Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

We accept returns only for items that are:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is damaged

  • The item is defective

  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened skincare products

  • Used items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

This is standard for all cosmetic and personal care products.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.


European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery before opening the product.

Opened skincare products are not eligible for return under EU cooling‑off rules due to hygiene regulations.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
